Returns & Cancellation

Change of Mind

• Returns are not accepted once the product is delivered and opened.


Damaged / Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours:

Include:

 Order number
• Photos of product & packaging
 Description

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.


Return Conditions

• Returns only after approval
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted


Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible

Refunds apply for:

• Damaged products
 Incorrect items
 Cancelled orders (before dispatch)


Processing Time

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days


Refund Method

• Online payments → original payment method
• COD → bank transfer (IMPS/NEFT)


Shipping Charges

• Non-refundable unless the issue is from our side


Exceptions

No refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Opened/used products
