Delivery Timelines

• Delivery typically takes 3-7 working days.
• Remote areas may take longer.
• Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout.
• Free shipping on orders above ₹599.
• Charges apply per order and cannot be combined.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for selected pin codes.
• Any COD charges will be shown at checkout.
• We may restrict COD for certain orders/locations.

Incorrect Address

• Customers must provide accurate address details.
• Re-shipping charges may apply if delivery fails due to incorrect address.

Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
