1. Introduction
Welcome to grandpahouseco.com (the "Website"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Website and any purchase of products from Grandpa House. By accessing or using the Website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our policies incorporated by reference (Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

3. Applicability & incorporation of policies
These Terms apply to all users of the Website. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference and are available from the Website footer. By placing an order you accept all of these policies.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are between 13-18 you may browse but purchase only through a parent/guardian who accepts these Terms. Persons disqualified from contracting under applicable laws cannot use the Website.
5. Account, registration & security
You may transact without registering; however, to use certain features you may create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Products, pricing & payment
a) All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices shown are MRP and are inclusive of all taxes unless stated otherwise.
b) We accept the payment methods shown on the Website (e.g., credit/debit cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets). Payment is processed via third-party payment processors; by paying you agree to their terms.
c) We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders resulting from such errors.
7. Order acceptance & cancellation
a) Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders in our discretion (fraud, stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, inability to deliver to address provided, etc.). If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount via the original payment method within a reasonable time.
b) You may cancel orders prior to dispatch subject to the Cancellation Policy in our Returns & Refunds page.
8. Shipping & delivery
Delivery timelines, shipping charges and serviceability areas are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage transfers to you on delivery.
9. Returns, refunds & replacements
Because Grandpa House sells perishable food items, returns are accepted only as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy (for damaged, defective or incorrect items reported within the specified time and supported by photos). Please refer to the Returns Policy for time limits, procedures and the remedy (replacement/refund).
10. Product information & images
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product images and descriptions. Minor variations in colour, packaging or weight may occur. Roast/pack date, batch number and other traceability details are printed on the pack.
11. Allergen & safety information
Ingredient details are on the product label. If you have severe allergies or food sensitivities, check the product label before use. If we state "approximate" for nutrition values, these are approximate and subject to lab testing; see the Nutrition & Labelling disclaimers on the product page.
12. Intellectual property
All content on the Website (trademarks, logos, text, images, product designs) is the property of Grandpa House or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or use our IP without prior written permission.
13. User content
If you post reviews, photos or other content on the Website you grant Grandpa House a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use such content for marketing and promotional purposes. You warrant you own the rights to any content you post and it does not infringe third-party rights.
14. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to use the Website for unlawful activity, to upload harmful content, or to interfere with the Website's operation.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grandpa House and its officers, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Grandpa House harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Website.
17. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control (acts of God, strikes, pandemics, supply chain failures, courier disruptions, etc.).
18. Links to third-party sites
The Website may contain links to third-party sites or services. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content, products or practices.
19. Electronic communications
You consent to receive communications electronically (email, SMS, push) for order confirmations, promotions (if opted-in), policy updates and notices.
20. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website with an effective date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
21. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kodagu (Virajpet), Karnataka, India.
