The 80:20 Blend - Why It Matters
Our signature blend combines 80% Coffee with 20% Chicory, a time-honoured ratio enjoyed in South Indian homes for generations.
The coffee brings aroma, flavour, and character, while chicory adds body, strength, and the rich texture that makes traditional filter coffee so distinctive.
The result is a cup that is bold, smooth, aromatic, and deeply satisfying.
How to Brew
- Add 2–3 heaped teaspoons of coffee powder to the upper chamber of your filter.
- Press gently and pour hot water (around 90°C).
- Allow the decoction to drip for 10–15 minutes.
- Mix with hot milk and sugar to taste, or enjoy it black.
